All orders are shipped in discreet packages that do not bear logos, or other features of our site, and without any reference being made to their contents.
The accompanying documents (proof of purchase) are placed inside the package, are anonymous and only mention the "Retail Customer" designation. The sender of the parcel is our company, which bears a name other than that of its stores and the e-shop (ie does not mention the erosart distinctive title), so as not to link to the website and not to publish the content of packaging.

Terms of delivery - Shipping
The products will be shipped to the address you have indicated with the courier service unless you wish the package to remain at the offices of the courier in your area so you can pick it up yourself. Orders are shipped within 48 hours, provided the selected products are readily available at the company's warehouses. In areas where the order cannot be shipped by courier, the shipment is by regular post and the shipment time is the one provided by the Greek Post Offices. Shipments take place daily, except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays in Greece.

Return products
Customers reserve the right to return the purchased products without having to disclose the reasons for their return within ten (10) business days of receipt. In this case the cost of returning the products is borne by the customers.
If the ordered product is different from the one received by the customer (due to an error by our company or its suppliers), the customer is entitled to return the product within ten (10) business days of receipt. In this case shipping costs (return cost) of products are borne by erosart.gr
Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. they have not been unsealed, or their packaging has been tampered with, along with your retail receipt or invoice.
Returns to resize clothing and footwear are accepted within ten (10) business days, provided that despite opening the package to determine inappropriate size, the product is in excellent condition and free of damage indicating its prior use. In this case the cost of returning the products is borne by the customers. Because the size probability is significant (given that all clothing and footwear is imported from Europe and America), we recommend our customers in the Attica region to visit our store in Maroussi to have the opportunity to try the items before buying them.

Refunds
In case of return of the products and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the way they are being returned, your refund will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date we receive the products.
