RETURNS IN SEX TOYS AND LINGERIE ARE NOT ACCEPTED

For this reason, all toys are checked for proper operation before being removed from the store.

Our online store accepts returns on other products under the following conditions:

All orders are shipped in discreet packages that do not bear logos, or other features of our site, and without any reference being made to their contents.The accompanying documents (proof of purchase) are placed inside the package, are anonymous and only mention the “Retail Customer” designation. The sender of the parcel is our company, which bears a name other than that of its stores and the e-shop (ie does not mention the erosart distinctive title), so as not to link to the website and not to publish the content of packaging. Shipping

We have stock in most of our products. This allows us to deliver even within 24 hours in Attica and up to 3 days outside Attica for orders received by 12:00pm.
In areas where it is not possible to send the order through the courier service, the shipment is made by ordinary mail and the shipping time is that provided by the Greek Post Office.

Right of Withdrawal

RETURNS IN OTHER PRODUCTS

Please read the details below: Product returns or exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions: 1) The customer and buyer are responsible for shipping costs. 2) Products are returned in excellent product and packaging condition. 3) The sealed package of the products which come in a sealed package from their manufacturer must not have been opened.

Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. unsealed or tampered with, together with the retail receipt or invoice.
